This report delivers a series of recommendations for ways in which multilateral development banks (MDBs) could expand lending capacity through enhancement of capital adequacy frameworks and innovation.

It is the result of project in partnership with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), Cantium Limited, Ardhill Advisory, and Linklaters to develop an innovative capital solution to expand lending capacity and increase resilience of multilateral development banks (MDBs) including the CDB.
